Consent and retention
How consent works, what is stored, and for how long.
Consent
Your organisation confirms that the client agreed to a session being processed. The default is that the coach attests to the client's consent. Your organisation can also require signed consent, where the client signs a link before processing starts. Signed consent is planned and not yet available.
What Distil stores

| Anonymised transcript | Until it is deleted (deletion is planned, see below) |
| Evaluation | Until it is deleted (deletion is planned, see below) |
Names of the coach and the client are removed from the transcript before any evaluation is made. Evaluations use only the anonymised text.
